- The latest addition to the Varius™ collection, Edelweiss embodies the art of noble materials and high technicity. With a body made from Swiss beechwood engraved on two levels, it delicately and authentically reveals the plant’s leaves. Noble (edel) and white (weiß), the edelweiss twines around the instrument, standing out in lacquer as white as snow applied by hand by the Caran d’Ache’s master craftsmen. Amongst the leaves, the flower heads are represented by seven golden studs. This Limited Edition is capped off with a lacquered white button boasting a silver-plated, rhodium-coated finish, lending it refined look that lasts over time.
